Township of Harding

Project Status (as of December 20, 2019)
The Township of Harding has been ordered by the Morris County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Division of Taxation to perform a revaluation program to be implemented for tax year 2020. The revaluation will ensure uniform and equitable assessments throughout the municipality and account for the recent changes in the real estate market. The Township has entered into a contract with Appraisal Systems, Inc. to conduct the revaluation program.

Value letters are being mailed beginning Friday, December 20, 2019.

Please refer to the information in your letter to arrange a one-on-one meeting with a representative to discuss the proposed 2020 assessment.

If you would like a copy of your property record card (PRC) which contains the information used to determine your proposed assessment, please email harding@asinj.com with the subject line "PRC request". Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your property record card.
