Township of Tewksbury

Project Status (as of December 30, 2019)
As directed by the Hunterdon County Board of Taxation and as ordered by the State Division of Taxation, the Township of Tewksbury must revalue all taxable real estate for the 2020 tax year to ensure uniform and equitable assessments. The Township has entered into a contract with Appraisal Systems, Inc. to conduct the revaluation program.

Value letters are being mailed beginning Monday, December 30, 2019.

Please refer to the information in your letter to arrange a one-on-one meeting with a representative to discuss the proposed 2020 assessment.

If you would like a copy of your property record card (PRC) which contains the information used to determine your proposed assessment, please email tewksbury@asinj.com with the subject line "PRC request". Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your property record card.
