Project Status (as of January 28, 2019)
The revaluation of Roxbury Township has been completed in accordance with the rules and regulations mandated by the State of New Jersey requiring all real property be appraised at its fair market value.

Any property owner who wishes to dispute the 2019 assessed value may file an appeal with the Morris County Board of Taxation. Appeal forms and instructions can be obtained from the Morris County Board of Taxation located at the Records & Administration Building, Court Street, Morristown, NJ 07960, or by using the link below.

Please note that appeals must be received (not merely postmarked) by the Morris County Board of Taxation on or before May 1, 2019. At the time of your appeal you should be prepared to demonstrate any evidence supporting your opinion of fair market value, such as recent sales of similar properties in your area.
