Project Status (as of February 13, 2018)The reassessment of Cresskill has been completed in accordance with the rules and regulations mandated by the State of New Jersey requiring all real property be appraised at its fair market value. We have made a complete analysis of all recent market data in order to accomplish this task and to determine the value of all properties as of October 1, 2017.
Value letters are being mailed beginning Monday, February 12, 2018. Please refer to the information in your letter to arrange a one-on-one meeting with a representative to discuss the proposed 2018 assessment.
