Township of Long Hill

The Township of Long Hill has successfully petitioned the Morris County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Division of Taxation to perform a reassessment program for the 2017 tax year as part of the annual reassessment program that has been implemented within the Township of Long Hill. The reassessment will ensure uniform and equitable assessments within the Township and account for changes in the real estate market. Appraisal Systems, Inc. is assisting with the reassessment program.

Value letters are being mailed beginning Friday, November 25, 2016. Please refer to the information in your letter to contact a representative to discuss or present any relevant information regarding your proposed 2017 assessment. If you would like a copy of your property record card (PRC) which contains the information used to determine your proposed assessment, please email longhillprc@asinj.com with the subject line "PRC request". Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your property record card.
