Boro of Ho-Ho-Kus

As directed by the Bergen County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Division of Taxation, the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus is revaluing all taxable real estate for the 2026 tax year to ensure uniform and equitable assessments. The Borough has entered into a contract with Appraisal Systems, Inc. to conduct the revaluation program.

Value letters are being mailed beginning Tuesday, December 30, 2025.

Property owners can meet with a representative of Appraisal Systems, Inc. to review their new assessment. All meetings must be scheduled in advance. Schedule by calling (201) 493-8530 Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:00 A.M and 4:00 P.M., within 5 business days of the receipt of your letter; or Schedule Online. Refer to your letter for log in information.

If you wish to request a copy of your property record card for your review, please email hohokus@asinj.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your property record card.
