If you disagree with the assessed value, your next step would be to file a tax appeal with the Bergen County Board of Taxation. You can request an appeal package by calling (201) 336-6300 or by visiting their website https://www.co.bergen.nj.us/bergen-county-board-of-taxation. Please note that appeals must be received (not merely postmarked) on or before May 1, 2024. Thank you for your cooperation during the reassessment process.
