Boro of Dunellen

The revaluation of the Borough of Dunellen has been completed in accordance with the rules and regulations mandated by the State of New Jersey requiring all real property be appraised at its fair market value.

Any property owner who wishes to dispute the 2019 assessed value may file an appeal with the Middlesex County Board of Taxation. You can request an appeal package by visiting the forms page of their website:

Please note that appeals must be received (not merely postmarked) on or before May 1, 2019. At the time of your appeal you should be prepared to demonstrate any evidence supporting your opinion of fair market value, such as recent sales of similar properties in your area.
