RevaluationTownship of Oxford
Project Status (as of January 11, 2016)
As directed by the Warren County Board of Taxation and the State Division of Taxation, the Township of Oxford must revalue all taxable real estate for the 2016 tax year to ensure uniform and equitable assessments. The Township has contracted with Appraisal Systems, Inc. to conduct the revaluation program.
Value letters are being mailed beginning Friday, January 8, 2016. Please refer to the information in your letter to arrange a one-on-one meeting with a representative to discuss the proposed 2016 assessment. Meetings are being held at locations within the Township. If you elect to schedule a meeting, the time and place of your meeting will be confirmed at the time of your call. If you would like a copy of your property record card (PRC) which contains the information used to determine your proposed assessment, please email oxford@asinj.com with the subject line "PRC request". Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your property record card. Any inquiries with respect to the procedure should be directed to the firm at (201) 493-8530.
