In accordance with State Law and under the authority of the Monmouth County Board of Taxation, the Borough of Manasquan is required to revalue all taxable real estate for the 2016 Tax Year. This Revaluation is to ensure uniform and equitable assessments under the Monmouth County Assessment Demonstration Program.

Value letters are being mailed beginning Monday, November 9, 2015. Please refer to the information in your letter to arrange a one-on-one meeting with a representative to discuss the proposed 2016 assessment.

Meetings are being held at locations within the Borough. If you elect to schedule a meeting, the time and place of your meeting will be confirmed at the time of your call.

Phone meetings are also available for those taxpayers who are seasonal residents and for whom an in-person meeting in the Borough would be an inconvenience. The date and time of the phone meeting will be confirmed at the time of your call to schedule.
